Booking Policy

I will contact you within 72hours of receiving your order request and will discuss details of your order and provide a price quote. If you are satisfied with the quote, you will need to pay in full to hold your date.

Payment can be made through square invoice. Please note that I can only hold a date on my calendar for 72 hours from the time I send the quote and payment is made.

*There will be a rush fee (20% of the total price) for all last-minute orders (orders placed within a week of the pick-up date), subject to my availability.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep a scheduled order, please give a 2 week advance notice of the pickup/delivery date to ensure that you will be refunded in full for your order.

Canceling 1 week prior to your pickup date will incur a 20% cancellation fee (80% of your payment will be refunded).

Canceling less than one week (T-6 days) before the pickup date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. (50% of your payment will be refunded). At this point, supplies, plans, time, etc have been spent on your order and macaron shells or fillings may have already been made.
